Custodian House Tenancy

Reclaiming an existing external courtyard space this new infill aimed to create a new office hub to the centre of the space. With a relaxed office ethose the design aimed to provide a flexible working environment with plenty of quiet chill out and retreat working spaces. With this in mid a separate yoga zone was also created which allowed overlooking to the central kitchen with its fluid form bench.
